We are excited to introduce two new members joining our veterinary team, bringing fresh skills and expertise to enhance the care we provide for your pets. Emma Hebden RVN joined us in the Autumn, bringing over ten years of nursing experience. In April, we will also welcome Adele Martin, an advanced practitioner in small animal surgery, who will expand the range of surgical procedures available to your pets.
Meet Emma Hebden RVN
Emma Hebden has been a qualified veterinary nurse for more than a decade. Her extensive experience covers a wide range of nursing duties, including patient care, assisting in surgeries, and supporting pet owners with advice on health and wellbeing. Emma’s passion for animal welfare and her calm, reassuring manner make her a valuable addition to the team.
Her background includes working in busy clinics where she developed skills in emergency care and long-term treatment plans. Emma is particularly skilled at helping anxious pets feel comfortable during visits, which helps reduce stress for both animals and their owners.
Introducing Adele Martin, Advanced Small Animal Surgery Practitioner
Joining us in April, Adele Martin brings advanced surgical expertise that will allow us to offer more complex procedures on-site. Adele’s qualifications as an advanced practitioner mean she has undergone additional training beyond general veterinary practice, focusing on surgical techniques for small animals.
This development means your pet can receive specialised surgical care without the need to travel to external referral centres, saving time and reducing stress. Adele’s skills include soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, and minimally invasive procedures, all performed with the latest techniques and equipment.
What This Means for Your Pet’s Care
With Emma and Adele joining our team, we can offer:
Enhanced nursing care with Emma’s extensive experience
Expanded surgical options thanks to Adele’s advanced skills
More personalized and comprehensive treatment plans
Reduced need for referrals, keeping your pet’s care local and convenient
Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care in a friendly, supportive environment. Emma and Adele’s expertise strengthens our ability to meet the diverse needs of your pets, from routine check-ups to complex surgeries.
